    • Welcome to Alliance for Strategic Growth, Inc.

    Alliance for Strategic Growth, Inc. (ASG) is contracted by the Eastern Indiana Regional Workforce Board (EIRWB) to provide fiscal and board staffing services, as well as manage the workforce and economic development services for Economic Growth Region 6 (EGR 6).

    Customer services are provided through eight WorkOne offices throughout EGR 6 which consists of Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Henry, Jay, Randolph, Rush, Union, and Wayne counties. These customers services are provided by various partnership agencies which make up the WorkOne system.
